Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products (online courses, eBooks, PDFs) and their instant delivery upon purchase, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment has been successfully processed. All sales are final at the point of transaction.

General Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all our digital products. Once a product has been delivered to your email address or access has been granted, it is deemed consumed and cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is made and the product is delivered.

Exceptions Where a Refund May Be Considered

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. MANISH SINGH may consider a refund only under the following specific and verifiable conditions:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the single purchase of the same product due to a technical error in the payment gateway. We will refund the duplicate payment(s).

Non-Delivery of the Product: If you have not received an automated email with your product access/download link within 24 hours of making a successful payment. This exception is only valid if the non-delivery is a result of a technical failure on our side. Refunds will not be granted if an incorrect or invalid email address was provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund for an Exception

If your situation meets one of the exceptional conditions listed above, you must contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request (e.g., "Duplicate Payment")

Our team will investigate your claim based on the information provided. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
